How to Install a Magnaflow Off Road Pro Series Cat-Back Exhaust - Turn Down on your Ford F-150

HARDWARE KIT:

1. [1] 3.00" CLAMP.
2. [2] 2.50" CLAMPS.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Remove the OEM system by first loosening
the clamp attaching the stock inlet pipe to the catalytic
converter.

Step 2. Working front to rear loosen all connecting
band clamps. Carefully remove the welded hangers
from the rubber isolators. The OEM system can now be
removed. Be sure to retain all mounting hardware as it
will be needed to install your new MAGNAFLOW
performance exhaust system.

Step 3. Begin installing your new system by attaching
the inlet pipe assembly to the catalytic converter outlet
pipe. Loosely secure using the OEM clamp.

Step 4. Locate the welded hangers to the rubber
isolators. Working front to rear use a similar technique
to install the Pipe Extension, Muffler Assembly and Tip.

Step 5. Once a final position has been chosen for the
new exhaust system, evenly tighten all clamps from
front to rear using the torque specifications on page
one of the instructions. Inspect all fasteners after 25-50
miles of operation and re-tighten if necessary.
