50 State Legal. This Cold Air Intake is legal in all 50 states. Vehicles between 1999 and 2000 benefit from the Carb EO# D-269-26 code. Newer models between 2001 and 2003 benefit from CARB D-269-28 . Either way this intake is legal and safe to use.

Application. This K&N 57 Series FIPK Cold Air Intake Kit is specifically designed to fit the 1999 to 2003 F-150 SVT Lightning and 2002-2003 F-150 Harley Davidson equipped with the supercharged 5.4L V8 engine and does not require re-tuning the vehicles computer for operation.

Technical Note. The K&N Cold Air Intake is not designed for vehicles equipped with a Body Lift.
