Fabricated to the highest quality standards right here in the USA, the Injen Power-Flow Polished Cold Air Intake for the 2009-2010 F-150 with 4.6L 2V engine uses MR technology to provide an ideal air/fuel ratio while increasing airflow greatly. A quality USA-made component with superior materials used in its construction, it generates an extra +10.9 horsepower. Torque boost ranges up to +10 ft-lbs. The Power-Flow includes plenty of special features, such as a constricted section to house the factory MAF for proper measurement function, and a polished exterior for aesthetics.

No Aftermarket Tune Required. The Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake (Polished) is fully capable of running with the stock/factory tune in place. You do not need to tune or flash your F-150’s engine after installing this component. It will also continue to function properly after use of aftermarket tunes for performance, fuel mileage, towing, etc.

Non-Oiled Quality Filter. A non-oiled, dry nanofiber material is used for the filter element of the Injen Power-Flow Polished Cold Air Intake, making cleaning and reinstallation easier when you need to eventually wash the filter. Featuring a blue color, the filter includes not only the high-flow nanofiber but 4 layers of surgical cotton as well. This cleanses all 3-micron particles from the air and four-fifths of 1-micron particles.

Built for Many Years of Use. Rust-proof aluminum, of the 6061 aircraft grade, is the substance from which Injen manufactures the intake tube used in the Power-Flow Cold Air Intake. Besides offering excellent resistance to corrosion, this metal looks great polished to a bright mirror surface. The enclosed air box or heat shield, which blocks high engine temperatures away from the cool inflow, is made from tough steel with a black powder-coat textured finish. The blue filter element consists of nanofiber fabric and cotton gauze.

Reuses the Stock MAF. The Injen Power-Flow Polished Cold Air Intake solves the problem of MAF calibration by narrowing the intake tube at the point where the built-in MAF housing fits the OE MAF. This ensures the sensor reads inflow correctly with no need for tuning or calibration, regardless of the powerful inflow.

Installs Easily with Premium Hardware. Bolt-on installation is what you can expect from the design of the Injen Power-Flow Polished Cold Air Intake. The component, which comes with all the hardware, CNC-machined brackets, and stainless steel clamps needed, fits on directly in place of the factory intake, using the same attachment points.

CARB EO Number Pending. 49-state legal, this variant of the Injen Power-Flow Polished Cold Air Intake is not in compliance with the CARB emission regulations and therefore can’t be driven on the street in CA. It is also not street-legal in other locations where CARB regulations are in force. It may be off-road or track legal in these areas, though – check your local ordinances to be certain.

Application. This Injen PF Series Polished Air Intake System is designed to fit the 2009-2010 F-150s equipped with the 4.6L 2V (2-Valve) engine. 4.6L Application Note. To determine what version of the 4.6L is in your truck, you would need to refer to your VIN number. If the 8th digit in the VIN # is "W" it is the 4.6L 2V. If the 8th digit in the VIN # is "8" it is the 4.6L 3V.
