      Description

      Enhanced Performance. The Injen SES Intercooler Pipe is engineered to replace the brittle factory unit in your F-150, offering a seamless adaptation with the OE intercooler. This component significantly increases airflow and throttle response, while decreasing turbo lag, ensuring a smoother and more efficient engine operation.

      Construction and Appearance. This intercooler pipe is crafted with oversized, lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum piping, ensuring durability and high performance. It features smooth, mandrel-bent tubing and comes in a striking wrinkle red color, providing an aesthetic upgrade as well as performance enhancements.

      Other Features. It includes precision CNC-machined quick connect EVAP fittings for an OE-style attachment, beaded tube ends to prevent couplers from coming off, and a female NPT bung for an extra sensor or water-methanol injection. Additionally, it comes with stainless steel band clamps with an inner protective liner and automotive grade silicone couplers.

      Installation. The installation process is straightforward as this intercooler pipe uses all factory mounting locations, making it easy to install without the need for drilling or other modifications.
