So far so good
The installation process was relatively straightforward, although the security bypass instructions required clarification, as the component was located behind the instrument cluster, not under the dash by the pedals. Following removal, the installation proceeded smoothly, albeit with some additional time required. Upon completion, I successfully tested the system with my trailer and found it to function flawlessly. I highly recommend this product.

2024 Ram 3500 brake controller
This is by far the best way to go about installing the trailer brake controller. It takes about 30 minutes to install. I had to reach out to infotainment for bypass process. It went smoothly. I had to remove cluster to reach security bypass.

Seamless Upgrade
This trailer brake controller integrates seamlessly into the truck and uconnect software. Installation took me about 2 hours. Once completed, it looks and operates like it came straight from the factory this way. The software integration is nice too (trailer names, trip meters, etc).

Be patient!
This bundle worked exactly as it should! Install was a little tricky for a big guy to access the space under the dash. Be patient when rebooting your uconnect radio. Not all the features show up right away. But they were all there the next morning. Love this product!
