Plus, it seamlessly integrates with your truck’s dashboard, giving your truck’s interior a sleeker look.
GPS Navigation Ready. This particular model of Infotainment’s 4 to 8-Inch Sync 3 Touchscreen Upgrade comes with voice-activated GPS navigation. It also has optional turn-by-turn directions on the radio display, so you can drive across unfamiliar roads with greater peace of mind.
Pre-Programmed to Sync with Existing Features. The Sync 3 Touch Screen’s module is engineered to work with your vehicle’s existing programs. As a result, you won’t get confused when using your truck’s Bluetooth hands-free calling and existing back-up rearview camera features, as well as its steering wheel-mounted controls.
Installation Requires Moderate Mechanical Skills. It’s important that the person handling the installation must at least have moderate mechanical and electrical skills. This’ll ensure that the device is properly connected to your vehicle. Fortunately, there won’t be any drilling or splicing involved, making it relatively easier to install than other touchscreen upgrades.
A 1-Year Extended Warranty Available. A 1-year extended warranty is available with every Sync 3 Touchscreen Upgrade sold. This only covers electrical and mechanical breakdown; not failure due to accidents, wear and tear, normal maintenance, and other situations. - Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's factory installed SiriusXM satellite radio. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's SiriusXM Satellite Radio Kit.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing back-up rear view camera. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's Ford Truck Tailgate Handle Backup Camera.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing Sync bluetooth hands-free calling feature. Simply pair your phone to the new system once installed.
