Single-Piece Steering Solution. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Front Knuckle Kit is a premium upgrade designed to enhance the steering performance of your 4WD F-150. Constructed with single-piece robust ductile iron, these knuckles provide superior strength and durability, ensuring your vehicle retains its stock track width while delivering exceptional handling and control.
Construction and Appearance. These steering knuckles are precision CNC-machined and feature a pocketed design that reduces weight without sacrificing strength. Wrapped with a durable powder-coated finish, the kit boasts a corrosion- and rust-resistant composition, ensuring long-lasting performance. Built with meticulous attention to detail in a state-of-the-art facility, this kit meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Warranty. This kit comes paired with an ICON limited lifetime warranty, offering confidence and peace of mind in its durability and craftsmanship.
Application. This ICON Vehicle Dynamics Front Knuckle Kit fits all 2021-2025 4WD F-150 models without BlueCruise, excluding Raptor.
Technical Notes.
- Factory Wheels & Tires Fitment: Not compatible with all available OE wheel/tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace recommended.
- TECH NOTE: Not compatible with F-150 Raptor
- TECH NOTE: Not compatible with models equipped with BlueCruise
- Recommended Aftermarket Wheels: ICON Alloys - 17x8.5" w/ 5” Backspace / 6mm Offset
- Recommended Aftermarket Wheels: ICON Alloys - 18x9" w/ 5.25" Backspace / 6mm Offset

Great UCAs!
Great UCAs - clearly more range that OEM and ride is better than I thought it would be - especially when paired with ICON Adjustable Front Coilovers. I was able to dial the Coilovers in and the UCAs are a perfect pairing. It took a couple hours to complete the full install.

Icon-ic Improvement!!
I replaced a blown set of the 2.0 Icons and the improvement was more than I anticipated. The shocks ride very well from the moment they were put on. They are smoother on the initial uptake vs the 2.0 and feel sturdier all around. The only issue I had was getting the parking brake bracket to mount up and the hold the brake lines away from the shock, but with a little creativity was able to figure a work around.

Icon 2.5 Suspension with CDCV
Amazing Product. This coilover is BEEFY. Installation was a breeze and I'm no professional. Hardest part was getting the stock shocks out of the truck since there was a lift spacer from the factory. Riding on the road feels like floating over bumps. Went 75mph down the interstate and could barely feel the bumps at bridges and pavement. Highly recommend. Feels so much better than my old Fox Shocks. Toughest part of the install was mounting the reservoir.

Thought they would be better
I had the Fox 2.0 on my 13 F150 and they were great. I got a new 17 F150 and the Icon was noted as saying they were designed for the lighter aluminum body Fox was not. After 3 years they began to rust pretty bad and the front ride height was no longer adjustable. 40K later and one of the front springs just broke, one of the rears has been leaking for over a year, the other the rear top bushing gave out months ago and has been banging around. I live in MA and the truck is a city truck that is garaged. The 13 F150 with the Fox set up I sold to someone local. Those are still going strong after over 100k as a work truck. My 17 was a light duty work truck at best and the Icon's failed miserably! No overloading, no off road. so The Icon set up cost me 1600 and I will replace them after 40k for the Fox set up at 1300. So the Icon set up will cost me more than double over the same time frame. Live and learn. Stick with FOX!!!

Great Product
37" BFG Tires look great with minimal trimming in the wheel well. 2.5" lift gave it a bit of a Carolina Lean so will probably lift about 1.5" in the back.

worth it
They pushed my truck up. I didn't end up using the lifting blocks I bought for the front. 2 inch blocks in the back. I had to put new UCA's on with them. Just got back from a dirt road 4 wheeling trip and am super imppressed. Can't determine quality cause longevity is part of that.

Kick Ass Suspension
These coilovers are great. The truck is more firm and handles much better than O.E. I had 2" spacers on the old struts. No need for those with these new struts. It actually lifted it a little higher.

Incredible
Was between these and the roush struts. Beyond happy that I went with icon. It almost feels as if I traded my stock f150 and got a completely different truck. Would recommend these to everyone. Also, you can adjust these without having to pull them off of the truck which is a great bonus
