This lowering kit is designed to lower your truck’s ride height 3 inches up front, and 5 inches at the rear. This feature, when combined with the included performance-oriented shocks, gives you more accurate handling with a significant reduction in body roll when cornering. This kit will also level off the front to its rear to give you a stance that matches your truck’s muscular style.
Premium Shock Absorbers. One of the components responsible for providing your truck with an excellent ride quality is a set of premium shock absorbers. These shocks utilize a high-pressure nitrogen gas charged design to provide your truck with a faster damping response and superior handling. Meanwhile, the shocks’ 10-stage full displaced valving technology works to provide a smooth ride quality. Moreover, these shocks are machined from high-quality alloy and include a 1.375-inch bore to provide ideal internal pressure and efficient heat dissipation for exceptional performance.
Sturdy Front Lowering Springs. This kit provides its 3-inch front drop courtesy of a pair of lowering coil springs. These springs are tuned to provide an excellent driving feel and are crafted from high-grade hardened spring steel. Moreover, these springs are finished in a durable blue powder coating for superior corrosion protection added style.
Solid Rear Leaf Springs. This kit’s rear drop is provided by a pair of solid lowered leaf springs. Like the front coils, these rear leaf springs are engineered to provide stable ride quality and support. Also, these springs are machine-cut and formed from high-quality hardened steel and are finished in a wear-resistant black powder coating to protect the assemblies from corrosion.
Hassle-Free Install Procedure. This lowering kit is designed to install into factory locations on your Silverado. Some modifications such as minor drilling may be necessary for certain applications. You will also need to have a complete set of mechanics tools as well as advanced mechanical knowledge if you want to make the install as efficient as possible.
