      Description

      Next-Level Street Performance. Take your Silverado 1500’s street performance to the next level with the Ground Force 2-Inch Front / 4-Inch Rear Lowering Kit. This lowering kit is designed to drop your front and rear by 2 and 4 inches, respectively, giving your truck a lower center of gravity to improve its handling performance. At the same time, this kit will level off the front to the rear for a more menacing stance. Best of all, this kit provides all these features while maintaining smooth ride quality.

      High-Performance Front and Rear Shock Absorbers. This kit replaces your truck’s front and rear shocks with a pair of high-performance front and rear shocks engineered to offer faster damping performance and precise handling control. This is achieved by combining a high-pressure nitrogen gas charged design and 10-stage full displaced valving technology. This technology also offers a smooth ride with a noticeable absence of body roll when cornering. What’s more, these shocks are machined from high-quality alloy and feature a 1.375-inch bore designed for consistent performance.

      Durable Front Lowering Springs. This lowering kit’s 2 inches of front drop is accomplished using a pair of extremely durable lowering coil springs. These coil springs are tuned to work with both your new shocks and your suspension components to provide excellent control and driving feel. Additionally, these springs are made from high-grade spring steel and receive a tough blue powder coating for style and corrosion protection.

      Tough Rear Hangers and Shackles. This kit also includes a pair of rear hangers and shackles designed to provide your truck’s new 4-inch rear drop. These hangers and shackles provide drop by efficiently relocating your leaf springs in such a way that their handling performance is not compromised. Also, these components are machine-formed and expertly welded from premium steel before being finished in a tough black powder coating for superior corrosion protection and strength.

      Straightforward Install Procedure. This lowering kit is designed to install into factory locations on your truck. Minor drilling or trimming may be needed to ensure a proper fit. Also, you will need to have advanced mechanical skills and knowledge if you want to keep the install as efficient as possible.
