      Description

Enhanced Performance. Replace worn out rear ring and pinion gears with a G2 9.75 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit. These gears are engineered to exceed OEM factory standards to better handle increased loads. Have off-road trail adventures, tow and haul large loads, and drive confidently on mountain roads. The upgraded gears on your rear differential provide added power for more challenging applications.

Exceptional Aftermarket Gears. G2 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kits are performance-level gears, which means they exceed OEM standards. Each G2 gear is forged from premium-grade 8620 triple alloy steel and is heat-treated for added durability. The gears are then meticulously machined to match OEM specifications to prevent installation issues. Mating surfaces are grinded and lapped together to minimize friction protecting the gears from excessive wear.

Prevent Speedometer Issues. Any change in gear ratio will cause the speedometer to be off the mark. Don’t forget to recalibrate your speedometer after changing gears.

Complex Installation. Modifications on your differential including the gears and pinions often require mechanical expertise or professional mechanics. Unless you have the special tools and the skills required, we recommend you call your trusted mechanic to install your G2 9.75 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion set.

Product Warranty Summary. Each G2 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. This covers material and workmanship defects but doesn’t include damages from installation, mishandling, and shipping. The full list of exclusions can be found on the manufacturer’s website.

Technical Note. Ford F-150 4x4 will need to have matching front and rear gear ratios. Engaging your 4WD with mismatched gears may result in serious damages to axles, drive shafts, and other components.

Application. The G2 9.75 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit fits 1997 to 2010 Ford F-150 models.
