Description
Aluminized Steel Construction. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Offset Oval Muffler - 2.0 in. is the perfect way to add that distinct tone you crave with a quieter cabin. This muffler is made from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel and is completely MIG-welded for maximized strength. The 40 Series Mufflers also don't have any internal packing to blowout.
Increased Power, Reduced Resonance. The Flowmaster Delta Flow Muffler is great for use on the street and strip, or on rugged terrain. It also incorporates a two chamber design in conjunction with Flowmaster's patented and race-proven Delta Flow technology. The Delta deflectors generate increased scavenging for more power. It features a milder exteror tone with reduced interior resonance over Original 40 series.
Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.
3-Year Limited Warranty. Flowmaster's aluminized steel mufflers, aluminized steel exhaust systems, aluminized steel pipes, exhaust tips and other non-race exhaust accessories are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty. See their website for full details and exclusions.
