      Description

      Increased Safety. All recovery actions carry some amount of risk. But the Factor 55 Splicer Shackle Mount can reduce some of that risk with closed system winching by replacing your conventional winch hook. It is the first splice on shackle mount in the industry. It offers impact and UV protection to your Ford F-150’s synthetic winch rope with its unique machined rope path.

      Precision CNC Machined. Don’t let the lightweight design of this 25-ounce splicer shackle mount fool you because it is extremely strong and durable. This mount has been precision CNC machined from 6 series military grade aluminum. If it’s tough enough for the military, it can handle whatever tasks you throw at it. The red powder coat finish protects the mount from corrosion while the integrated EPDM rubber pads protect the fairlead from damage from continued rope friction.

      Installation Information. You should have some experience with splicing synthetic rope for proper installation of this splicer shackle mount. This mount can accommodate synthetic winch ropes up to 1/2” in diameter. It is intended for use with synthetic winch ropes only.

      Factor 55 Warranty. The Factor 55 splicer shackle mount is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. You are covered if your shackle mount has any defects in materials or workmanship during the first year of ownership.

      Application. The Factor 55 Splicer Shackle Mount fits all 1997-2025 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with synthetic winch ropes.
