These Ford engines use a powerful starter, with permanent magnet gear reduction drawing 1.2 Kilowatts. The gear reduction design keeps the starter as small and light as possible while providing the torque needed to turn a large engine on a freezing morning.

      High-Quality, Warrantied. This Replacement Starter Motor from American Trucks is a direct replacement part that will bolt onto the underside of your engine in the same location as the original starter. This starter uses quality components and comes with a 2-year, 24,000 Mile warranty. Please contact customer service for further warranty details.
