Replace Your F-150’s Aging Factory Fuel Pump Assembly. Your F-150’s in-tank fuel pump is a crucial component of the fuel system, drawing fuel from the tank and sending it to the fuel rail at a high velocity. After years of service, thousands of miles driven, and exposure to poor-quality fuels, the fuel pump can weaken, resulting in stalling, hesitation, misfiring, or complete lack of operation. This Fuel Pump and Sending Unit Assembly is an ideal replacement for your F-150’s weak factory fuel pump, restoring full performance and efficiency to the fuel system.
Improves Performance. Not only will a new fuel pump assembly improve the reliability of your F-150, but it’ll also enhance its performance and fuel efficiency. A new fuel pump ensures that your pickup always receives adequate fuel pressure at the fuel rail, feeding the fuel injectors and making for efficient combustion cycles.
Complete Assembly. Whereas many fuel pumps require you to disassemble the factory pump from the sending unit to replace only the fuel pump, this product is an entire assembly, including a fuel pump, hangers, sending unit, and electrical connector. This product requires no disassembly or modifications for installation; simply pull out the old assembly and reinstall this replacement in its place.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited 2-year/24,000-Mile Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Application. This Fuel Pump and Sending Unit Assembly fits all 1999-2003 Ford F-150 4.2L, 4.6L, and 5.4L models.

No more long cranks!!
2017 Roush F150 5.0 SC. After sitting anywhere for more than an hour I would have a long crank or a 2 crank to get it started. Seemed like it would lose prime/pressure and the long crank/2 crank would get the fuel re-primed. Installed about 3-4 weeks ago and haven't had an issue. Should have done this awhile back! Disconnect the Supply line and the vent tube in front of the tank first..it will allow more room to lower. I lowered it and stuck my head between the driveshaft and exhaust to see all the connections on top of the tank.

Boooooo
I ordered my fuel pump because this site said it would fit my truck.BUT it does not fit and tryin ta return it is another battle. So I guess I'll keep it and start lookin for a 36gallon tank cause that's what it's meant for and not the stock 26gallon tank that I have. Yeah anyway got it runnin no help from American Trucks.

Wrong size
I bought this for my 2017 F150 5.0 with a 23 gallon tank, this pump is designed for a 36 gallon tank. You can make it fit the 23 but the fuel sender will not read correctly. I had to find out the hard way. Other than that, the fuel pump works great and I feel much better throttle response. Just make sure you order the right size as they are not “fits all 3.5l and 5.0l”, there is a difference.
