Description

Simple Install Procedure. Installing this mat is a breeze as it installs completely by hand. Please note that you should clean your truck bed prior to installation. This is to get rid of any debris that may get caught between the mat and your bed. Also, please make sure to clean up any spills on the mat as soon as possible, particularly if these are petroleum-based. To do this, simply flush the mat with soapy water.

Quite a bit of drilling in the tailgate. Some instructions would have been nice. Broke 4 1/8" drill bits installing it. Does look nice though.

As advertised, with one exception. That being the label on the product (Westin) the very first bullet point clearly stating "Easy No-Drill Installation". Totally incorrect and misleading.

This is recycled rubber. It's thick. It comes with screws to attach it to the tailgate. Myself, I'm using 3m double sided tape. Two reasons. First my truck is new, two months old. Second, I haven't decided yet to spray the truck bed. Meanwhile, I'm fine. I just wished Husky had a tailgate liner like their pad that I have.
