Description
Corrects Speedometer / Odometer. If you have installed a set of tires that are larger or smaller than original equipment tires, or if you have installed a ring and pinion gear set with a different rear gear ratio, Edge's Pulsar LT Inline Control Module allows you to correct your speedometer and odometer readings. The vehicle’s computer calculates your speed based on the diameter of the stock tires. If you’ve installed taller or shorter tires, or changed the rear gear ratio, the vehicle’s computer doesn’t know how fast your vehicle is actually going. As a result, the speedometer/odometer readings will not be accurate.
Adjust Throttle Response. Edge Pulsar LT Inline Control Module allows you to adjust your trucks throttle response to fit your driving needs. All modern vehicles use a drive-by-wire system that controls the throttle body electronically, similar to a dimmer switch. With the Pulsar LT Inline Control Module installed you can reduce throttle responsiveness by 15% or increase its responsiveness by up to 65%.
Speed Limiter. The Edge Pulsar LT Inline Control Module allows the speed limiter to be adjusted between 82 and 140 MPH.
TPMS - Tire Pressure Monitor System. The Edge Pulsar LT Inline Control Module allows the TPMS inflation value to be adjusted between 40 and 99 (PSI).
Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes. The Edge Pulsar LT Inline Control Module can also be used to clear diagnostic trouble codes. Save yourself time and money by clearing your own Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) rather than paying a dealer to do the same. It's as easy as a few simple steps.
Internet Updateable. The Edge Pulsar LT Inline Control Module can be updated over the internet via a Windows based computer. The Pulsar LT must be installed into a vehicle before updating. When updating, you CANNOT use your vehicles Wi-Fi. It will be disabled during the update process. Use an external source such as your home Wi-Fi. A USB to OBDII update cable is required to perform the update - sold separately.

Overall good product
Easy to install and has detailed instructions. I bought this to disable DFM and start/stop. It did the first but the engine still cuts off sometimes at stop lights even when that feature is disabled.

No more DFM!
It was a little quirky when I first installed it. The blind spot lights in the outside rear view mirrors would turn on/flicker even when no one was next to me for the first 30 minutes of driving. Once while I was driving when I canceled my cruise control it went into its selection mode. I had to push the cruise "on" button to get it to clear. Worth it to deactivate DFM in my opinion.

Wish I would have known about this baby a long time ago. Must have if you have active fuel management. Truck now stays in V8 at all times I know not bulletproof against lifter failure but 100x better on your truck to have it installed. Also the easy adjustment of throttle control is super cool. Forget the price install and thank me later!

It works
My 2020 5.3 fell victim to the GM lifter defect with 66k miles. Once I fully understood the overarching problem I started looking for a way to disable DFM and auto stop features on the truck. I found this product. I finally installed it late this evening because it took 39 days for a new GM 5.3 long block (extended warranty). The instructions are ok, but keep a video handy. I programmed the options and now I have more peace of mind. If you happen to own one of the affected GM vehicles, it’s just a matter of when. I rest easy with the Pulsar LT on board.

I recommend the pulsar LT I installed it in my 2020 silverado 6.2l and it woke it up no more auto stop, and always in v8. A lot of other features too. It was easy to install nothing major. No it doesn’t add HP but it makes it feel less laggy.
