      Description

      Optimum Electrical Insulation. These Hi-Temp shrink tubes are just what you need to protect your wires, wire splicing, terminals and connections from dirt, dust or fluids. This black tubing is designed to be installed over these appliances to offer insulation. It is capable of shrinking down to 33% of its diameter for a snug fit that prevents entry of any of the foreign materials- this it does without reducing in length. It is available in various diameters ranging from 3mm to 24mm and lengths ranging from 4” to 200”.

      Operating Temperature Range. The tubes will offer insulation within a temperature range of -67ËšF to 275ËšF. However, they can also be operated at 394ËšF, which is the maximum operation temperature, for a period of about 30 minutes to one hour.

      High Quality Construction. The shrink tubes are made of polyolefin (POF), an extremely versatile and durable material. This makes them able to handle extreme pressure and resist any impacts from the outside. The tubes also feature a thick wall for added strength and are also not susceptible to fire. This high-quality construction guarantees you long term service.

      Easy Installation. The tube is directly applied over the wires or splicing in the shortest time possible. For temperatures between 120ËšF to 180ËšF, a hot gun is used to install.

      Warranty. Design Engineering Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determination that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were originally installed. This does not cover for products misused, damaged by accidents or negligence, altered or modified.

      Application. These Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes are ideal for all 1997 to 2025 Ford F-150 models.
