Description
Great Performance. These Hi-Temp Shrink tubes are an excellent option for anyone looking for durable water-tight wire protection for their 1999 – 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 models. This professional grade military spec tubing provides excellent electrical insulation to your wires. Furthermore, it will protect your cables from dust, dirt, debris, and other foreign materials that might cause a malfunction in your car.
Durable Materials. Made from Polyolefin materials, this shrink tube is an excellent alternative to plastic ties and tape. It has a thick wall construction and will remain flexible even after the wires/ connectors, etc. have been insulated. Finally, this unit is flame retardant.
Operating Temperatures.This Hi-Tech's operating temperatures range from -67 degrees Fahrenheit to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep in mind that the tubes should not be used for temperatures exceeding 394 degrees F as this might be quite harmful to your vehicle and you as well.
Incredible Shrinkage. These shrink tubes provide unmatchable performance. They have the capabilities of shrinking wires and connectors down to 33% of the original diameter. This watertight fit does not shrink down the tube’s length.
Highly Versatile. These Hi-Tech shrink tubes can be used to insulate wires, connections, terminals, wire splicing, and so much more.
Installation:This Hi-Temp has been constructed for simple installation. Apply at approximately 120 to 180 degrees using your heat gun and remember to follow the manufacturer's instructions to the tee.
