Your F-150 EcoBoost’s turbocharger offers an exceptional performance so it’s essential to replace its intercooler if this gets damaged or worn out. This intercooler is designed to factory specs and features an all-aluminum core inside a high-grade plastic tank. This design helps simplify installation while ensuring your turbocharger performance is restored to factory levels.

      High-Strength Aluminum Build Quality. This intercooler’s core is CNC machined from first-class aluminum alloy following factory parameters to maintain ideal heat exchange and maximum performance. The intercooler tank for its part utilizes heat-resistant automotive-grade plastic and is injection molded following OE specifications. These factors give you an intercooler assembly that looks nearly identical to stock. What’s more, this intercooler assembly is available in black to match the style of the factory original.

      Direct Install Procedure. This intercooler installs into your F-150, directly replacing its damaged factory counterpart. No additional modifications to your truck are necessary for most applications. Also, installation is completed using standard hand tools.

      Application. The CSF Intercooler fits all 2013-2014 3.5L Ford F-150 EcoBoost models.
