      Description

Each of its components is designed to help introduce cooler, cleaner air into Chevrolet Silverado 1500’s engine, increasing its overall airflow by 26%. The vehicle’s horsepower and torque gains will also rise by +11, generating better throttle response as a result.

      No Tune Required. Corsa Performance engineered their Cold Air Intake to improve the performance of your V8 Silverado without the need of reprogramming your computer. By utilizing flow dynamics, this Intake will increase power using the original factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanTrucks recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this Cold Air Intake.

      Superior Quality Air Filter Media. The DryTech 3D Closed Box series utilizes a Corsa’s MaxFlow 5, 5-Layer air filter. Due to the media’s pleated synthetic material, it has the ability to prevent dust, dirt, and other debris from harming the engine. Additionally, it’s designed to be washable, reusable and low-maintenance, ensuring a long service life.

      Built for Heavy-Duty Driving. This high-quality cold air intake boasts a durable cross-link polyethylene construction, so it has the strength to withstand your vehicle’s high-operating applications. It also comes with a metal shield to protect the air filter from the heat of the engine. As a result, you’ll gain superior speed and power for many years to come.

      Not CARB Certified. This Corsa Performance Cold Air Intake is not CARB certified, therefore it is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; not intended for highway use.

      Simple Bolt-on Installation. Corsa Performance designed their Cold Air Intake kit to be a direct bolt-on replacement. With no special tools or extra modifications required installation can be completed in under an hour. All parts and detailed instructions are included.

      Includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This cold air intake is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products that are deemed defective at Corsa’s full discretion, or refund of the defective product’s original purchase price, at Corsa’s option.
