      Description

      Performance. Big Mouth LT Throttle Bodies™ from FAST™ for Ford Coyote applications feature a black-wrinkle powder coating. The enlarged bore is a substantial upgrade over stock and allows increased airflow to support higher horsepower. A progressive throttle pulley enhances drivability, especially at low throttle, while a double return spring provides a solid feel and increased safety. A drive-by-cable throttle body (FAST™ Big Mouth/Big Mouth LT) is necessary for XFI™ and EZ-EFI® (or other aftermarket EFI customers) running an engine that was originally throttle-by-wire. Requires GM-style IAC and TPS and is also available with them - Part #54087.

      Power. With the increased airflow and better throttle response, the engine can generate more horsepower and torque. This enhancement in performance is particularly noticeable in the mid to upper RPM range, where the larger throttle body allows the engine to breathe more efficiently.

      Design. The increased airflow through the Comp Cams Big Mouth LT 87mm Throttle Body can also result in a more pronounced engine intake sound. The improved intake noise adds a sporty and aggressive note to the engine's soundtrack, further enhancing the driving experience.

      Efficient. While the primary advantage of the Comp Cams Big Mouth LT 87mm Throttle Body is increased performance, it can also lead to potential fuel efficiency improvements. The engine operates more efficiently with optimized airflow, potentially translating to better fuel economy, especially when driven conservatively.
