Description
Better Performance. When you're on the hunt for ways to squeeze more power from the 5.3-liter V-8 in your 2014 to 2018 Chevy Silverado, one option is to use this aFe Mach Force-Xp 3 in. Single Side Exit Cat-Back Exhaust with Black Tip. It helps produce a slight increase in horsepower and torque alone, or can work with other bolt-on mods to push performance even further. The system adds a deep, louder exhaust note, giving your truck the kind of aggressive bravado you want, plus features a black tip to finish things off.
Tough Construction. The entire catback exhaust system is made of durable stainless steel, which also resists corrosion. Mandrel bends and MIG welding for the 3-inch tubing help expedite exhaust flow for improved performance.
Practical Features. To help with exhaust flow, this catback setup includes a straight-through muffler, which also eliminates high-pitch tones for a beefier exhaust note. Riveted onto the tip is a laser-cut aFe badge finishes off the look.

Easy install and great sound
I installed the new exhaust in my driveway without jacking up the truck without any issues. When I removed the factory exhaust I cut it right in front of the rear axle so everything slid out. The new exhaust sounds great but instead too loud Which is what I was looking for

This is exhaust was easy to install. This isn't the exhaust to get if you want something loud. It's somewhat louder than stock but sounds much beefier.

Happy
Just had it installed today, and so far i am happy. for a single pipe, stock replacing, non-extreme option, it gives off pretty good sound. Wifey preferred i not go too extreme and after a 1100 mile round trip roadie, i also didn't want to have something that would end up annoying me. Overall, i'd call it a great entry-to-mid level option.

Never knew what to expect, being this was my first exhaust swap. The tip is awesome, I plan on painting the plate to color match. Sounds great, not over aggressive. Took my time on install, I wasn't in a rush, and was selling a Jeep at the same time.

Couple flaws, great neighborhood friendly sound
Sound: perfect for a neighborhood, it’s just loud enough that it might not work well for an apartment complex but normal houses should be fine. At idle it’s moderate, foot down it roars pretty good. Install: simple enough, one of the middle hanger brackets is definitely strained more than normal, and it’s just the location of the hook on the exhaust. The major flaw… RUST! This is advertised as a high level steel and comparable in price to a Borla (never really rusts). I’ve had this on for one year and the entire exhaust had rust spots all over it. Nothing that is detrimental, but give it 5 years and I’ll probably be replacing it.

Awesome Sound
Great quality product and pretty well packaged. Removal of the stock exhaust was harder than installing the new one, although getting the alignment right was pretty tricky. Would have been easier on a lift but it can be done in your driveway. As for the sound, it was not quite as loud as I was expecting, but it sounds amazing. Has a deep growl with no tinny overtones. Sounds like a truck should. Very happy with my choice.
