Carrichs mirror covers in the Chrome ABS finish I have here today is going to be for the 2015 or newer F-150 owners out there looking to get an inexpensive exterior chrome dress-up piece to pick up that flashy, noticeable appearance without breaking the bank.Now it really is the little things that can make such a big difference when it comes to exterior appearance and styling. Now, these chrome mirror covers I have here today from Carrichs is really one of those things that is very inexpensive and extremely simple to add on to turn your exterior styling from plain and stock to flashy and noticeable. Now these mirror covers come as a complete set and offer the exterior dress-up styling appearance with an extremely simple installation that only requires you to peel back a 3M tape that's already pre-applied to the back of these covers and stick them on your stock mirrors.By having such an easy installation and a really, really reliable 3M tape bonding, you don't have to worry about making any modifications to your current mirrors and they won't even damage your factory paint, if you ever decide to remove them. Now these mirror covers are manufactured out of an automotive grade ABS plastic and, as you can see, offer a very flashy mirror-like chrome finish. It's actually a triple dip chrome plating that'll match any OEM chrome trim you may already have on your truck now.Now with that said, this will stand the test of time and will not chip or crack upon usage. Now price-wise, for this particular set, if you are interested in the chrome look, you can get this for about $30 to $40, definitely an inexpensive way to pick up that flashy chrome exterior dress-up piece for the sides of your truck. Now one thing you're gonna wanna do before actually installing the mirror covers is take the alcohol wipes provided in your kit and clean off your factory mirrors, freeing it of any dirt and dust, anything that will prevent the 3M tape from getting a good bond.Once you get that cleaned up, you can peel back the 3M tape backing and apply them to the mirror, press down firmly and repeat the process for the opposite side. Overall, this one gets a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter. Fantastic! Took half a heartbeat to install; clean off the back of the mirror, remove the paper off the 3M tape, and stick them on for a perfect fit. They look like factory equipment, and the chrome stands out against my magnetic paint job. They really pop-a lot of compliments. Worth the money and add a classy touch to my truck.

Chrome Mirror Covers
These chrome rearview mirror covers look great on the truck. Very easy and cheap way take your truck's look up a notch. Install was a breeze since they fit over the back of the mirror. I did add some double sided autobody body tape because I felt it wasn't holding tight enough around the edges of the chrome cover. Very happy with the product so far.

2019 XLT after market mirror covers
I add this chrome mirror covers on my F150 XLT 2019 to match with the chrome door handles and window trim; chrome which I haven't put it on yet. I only gave four stars because the 3M tape in the back of covers are not enough to seal the deal. I bought more 3M tape in order to have this item installed very well(I highly recommend to do the same thing). Also, there's a little gaps on the lower portion on both sides (right and left covers). Overall, good product and it looks really good on my truck. I still recommend this item to everyone if your truck has chrome exterior designs. Please check the photos of my F150 mirror with chrome covers. Lastly, big thanks to AT, AmericanTrucks for fast shipping and sending me notifications/ tracking my order.

Q: will my tow mirrors work on these? I have the ones I slide onto the manufactured mirrors. but if I put these on can I still slide my tow mirrors over this? thank you
A: We have not attempted using clip on or slide on tow mirrors with these covers. We believe they would work, but most likely damage the finish.
