Great Product
This is a very well made product that allows you to secure items in the bed of your truck. I bought this to mount a RotoPax gas can and it worked great. That said, the RotoPax mount that came with the gas can didn’t line up with the slots in the panel. That’s probably why BuiltRight makes an adapter for the RotoPax mount. I was able to mount the RotoPax mount by using large washers with the Molle holes and it worked out fine. Also. American Trucks shipping was fast and efficient.

Fix for dragging your antenna on everything overhead.
GM antenna is so tall it drags entering my standard height 9' wide garage door. Antenna get comming loose and this wasn't good for the mount in the fender. Ordered this antenna because it screws onto the GM mount without an adapter. Installation was simple, unscrew factory antenna, screw on new antenna. My antenna mount wasn't centered in the hole in the plastic cover at the base of the windshield. Had to flex the plastic cover a little to install thr new antenna and not cross thread it. Not a big deal but had to be done. Reception on all radio modes seems just as good as it was with the factory antenna.

Small antenna
I changed my antenna to the small one and there is no loss of signal. I mostly listen to SiriusXM and no difference in long antenna and the small one. I think the little one looks better.
