Installation Time: Afternoon
Did exactly what I wanted it to.
Attached to the bottom of my rear seat to hold equipment. Works perfectly and looks great! Very happy with it. Takes some custom work to find places to bolt the panel into. I cut the seat bottom to find the seat frame tubing and then drilled and tapped the holes and bolted it in. Extremely sturdy.

Such a simple modification. the switch is already there. Just has to be modified so the flap don't fall up. Hey, I ain't gotta make it. That's awesome.

It works
Releases the seat back easily. However, when returning the seat back to it upright and locked position, it won’t catch unless I’m am firm and deliberate in raising it.
