Replacement Tailgate Lock

Shipment arrived as expected and the replacement lock worked perfectly. Just make sure you read instructions before trying to install.

Easy Peasy

Easy peasy to install, just make sure those plastic rod latching keepers are secured into their slot. If you pop one off it's deep within the tailgate. I Wanted to " start here " with this accessory with quality, fitment, and locking capability before I sink hundreds more into a Tonneau cover. Programming the lock/key was easy, just " keep rotating " the key clockwise until it stops, more that a few turns. Once stopped, I cycled the lock/unlock and so far so good. Will frustrate / slow down someone who might be contemplating getting into your covered truck bed. FWIW. :)

This tailgate handle is awesome. Just what I was looking for to lock my truck tailgate. You just put the key in and turn and works great. Definitely recommend this product.

Huge Convenance

These are some of the best hitch pins you can get. Having the hitch pin keyed to your truck is awesome. One less key to have on the key chain and you always have it with you. I’ve had several of these and always passes them along with my sold truck.

Great Fit & Cost

It took about 10 minutes to remove the old latch and install the new locking latch. That includes the self keying.
