Description
Offers a More Stable Ride. Driving in the rugged trail makes your drives shaky and a bit dizzying. To make them more stable and comfortable, equip your RAM 3500 with a reliable shock absorber such as this Bilstein B6 4600 Series Rear Shock. This suspension component has a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston that lets it adapt and react quickly in changing road conditions. As a result, your truck’s tires remain planted on the ground, allowing for greater driving comfort, stability, and control.
Premium Construction. Since shocks are mounted beneath your truck’s wheel arches, they can be easily damaged by extreme environments and road debris. To hold up to any harsh conditions, Bilstein made sure that this rear shock sports a durable and impact-resistant body. Furthermore, this shock is applied with a yellow coating to enhance its protection against weathering, rust, and corrosion.
Simple Installation. This rear shock offers a simple installation and can be installed to your truck’s existing points using basic hand tools. To begin the installation, remove any component that hinders your access to the mounting points. Once done, bolt your new shock and secure it with the necessary hardware. Reassemble everything and you’re ready to go.

Much Better Than. Stock Ranchos
The ride on the OEM Rancho shocks was extremely rough. My wife is prone to migraines, and couldn’t take riding in my truck for long. I swapped out the rear Ranchos for these, and the ride was much better. I’m very pleased with the Bilstein’s, and will upgrade the front shocks as well.

Just finished putting these on my wifes truck!
After years of buying another brand of shocks decided to go with these this time. I did the 2.1 lift on these shocks but wish I would have went just one notch lower.n I did a full set all around with the 5100's. Definitely a upgrade over factory. The Factory shocks were beating me to death. These seem to have smoothed out the road. I also noticed that when she applies her brakes now I don't feel like I am about to go through the windshield.
