Premium Construction. Built to handle your truck's high-performance drives, this front shock is manufactured using high-quality and durable materials. This 46mm shock is crafted with a monotube design and is gas-charged, allowing it to deliver excellent damping performance. It is also equipped with a black, rubber bushing to ensure smoother movements and outstanding ride quality. What's more, this shock's body is applied with a yellow coating to resist the corrosive effects of various weather and road elements.
Bolt-On Installation. This front shock is quite easy to install, thanks to its bolt-on design. For added convenience, this kit includes all the necessary hardware you need.

Easy to install, great ride
Second I’ve installed the 5100s. Both times it was a very easy installation. Watch a couple videos for tips but it’s literally just two bolts per shock. Improve ride. Worth the money.

Shocks came neatly wrapped and in a timely manner. Took me about 30 minutes to swap out my rear shocks and this was my first time doing it. My truck rides some much better now. Highly recommend changing out your old suspension with the best in the game.

Awesome Ride and Value
As of now I prefer the 4600 over the 5100 shocks from Bilstein. I had a shock start leaking from my set of 5100s after about 3 years. Decided to save a bit by going with the 4600s and they ride very well. Simple to install in about 15 minutes in my driveway and they do a great job. For the price and performance it’s a 5 star product day. Clean welds and construction so no complaints.

These shocks were recommended by the sales person I spoke to, he could have easily directed me to purchase any other brand, mad kudos to him. Literally the best performing shocks I've ever purchased in almost fifty years of driving.

Excellent
My old shocks were original, had almost zero rebound and had leaked most of the their fluid. These were easy to reassemble after replacing the mount and upper/lower insulator. The ride instantly and vastly improved.

Excellent ride
Well I finally put new shocks on the rear at 167,000. Miles and put the Bilstein 4600 on my f150 well yeah wow what a difference I love the smooth ride. I highly recommend these shocks nice tight ride nice tight ride on turns no body sway.
