Description

This front strut features a larger shock body capable of carrying more shock oil. This factor, when combined with its hydraulic twin tube, provides your F-150 with a more responsive damping performance that’s less likely to fade. This translates to exceptional handling and stability that greatly reduces roll. Moreover, this strut comes with a closed-cell bump stop designed to smoothen out vibrations for a more comfortable ride.
Rugged Build Quality. This rear strut utilizes a 51mm shock body manufactured from premium alloy for maximum durability. This shock body is machine-formed to exact specifications, offering an accurate fit when installed. Additionally, its piston rod measures 15mm and is similarly machined from chrome-hardened steel, making it exceptionally strong. Lastly, this assembly comes in a silver-gray powder coat finish, giving the assembly effective corrosion protection and great looks.
Professional Installation Recommended. Installing this front strut will require the use of a strut compressor as you will reuse your factory strut’s spring. Considering that misuse of a strut compressor can be potentially hazardous, professional installation is recommended.
