      Fit Your F-150’s Exhaust Leak. Is your F-150 suffering from the tell-tale ticking of an exhaust manifold leak? If you’re having trouble sourcing quality gaskets to replace your header’s exhaust manifold seals, BBK has you covered with its Premium Header Gaskets. These gaskets are engineered for use with any tubular header with 1-5/8-inch primary tubes, providing a long-lasting, quiet, leak-free seal. 

      Premium “Secure Seal” Construction. BBK header gaskets utilize a proprietary “secure seal” construction to adequately seal any 1-5/8-Inch tubular header, ensuring a leak-free installation and quiet operation. These gaskets consist of a durable, steel-reinforced graphite construction with a heavy-duty graphite-coated facing to resist continuous exposure to extreme temperatures. 

      For Use with Tubular Headers. These header gaskets are engineered specifically for use with tubular 1-5/8-inch headers and, therefore, are not designed for applications equipped with factory cast exhaust manifolds.   

      Sold as a Pair. Each BBK gasket set for your V8-powered F-150 is sold as a pair, including both left and right manifold gaskets for uniform sealing. 

      Warranty. A limited 1-year warranty covers these header gaskets against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. 

      Application. These BBK Premium Header Gaskets fit all 2004-2010 Ford F-150 models equipped with 1-5/8-inch tubular headers.
