Using BackRack's Silverado 1500 Short Headache Rack Frame, you can secure ladders and lumber using the frame's horizontal bars as tie-down points. Also offering impact protection for your rear window, the rack lowers cab noise and prevents cargo damage. It comes with a 31-Inch toolbox, which is ideal for loose tools, and a rear bed bar.
Trail-Ready Construction. With the steel tubes used to create this rack, BackRack ensures it can handle anything the road or trail throws at it. Sturdy, durable, and impact-resistant, the rack deflects debris while keeping your long loads safe. It also has black powder-coating, which guards against the corrosive effects of environmental toxins and the weather.
Direct Installation. The Silverado 1500 Short Headache Rack Frame installs directly into your factory stake pockets. It comes with zinc-coated hardware to ensure rust doesn't affect the installation quality. You may need to remove your hard bed liner for installation.
One-Year Warranty. BackRack covers this rack, toolbox, and bed bar set with a 1-year limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty carries exclusions and only applies to the part purchaser.
Application. The Silverado 1500 Short Headache Rack Frame and related hardware are compatible with Chevrolet Silverado 1500 vehicles made between 2014-2018.
Installation Difficulty. Designed for a direct fit, the rack can be installed by a beginner in 1-2 hours. Add a couple more hours to this time if you install the toolbox and rear bed bar at the same time.
