Description
Protective Rack. With BackRack's Silverado 1500 Safety Headache Rack Frame, you get more than some tie-down points for long cargo. The clever mesh design also prevents large trail debris from crashing into your rear window. The rack comes with a rear bed bar, which attaches to your tailgate and makes bed access easier. Plus, you receive a 21-Inch wide toolbox that has several compartments for loose tools. With the full set installed, you experience reduced noise and can feel safe in the knowledge that your long cargo is secured.
Solid Construction. Made using powerful steel, this headache rack easily deflects most trail and road impacts. It's sturdy enough to support the weight of ladders and lumber. Plus, it's protected from corrosion by a sleek black powder coating.
Direct Installation. The rack comes with a simple installation kit that allows you to fit it directly into your bed's factory stake holes. Side bed rails are provided to enable the installation of the toolbox and rear bed bar.
Limited 1-Year Warranty. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, this rack can be returned if you find any material or manufacturing flaws. The warranty extends to the bed bar and toolbox. However, it can only be exercised by the original purchase, who must provide proof of purchase.
Application. The Silverado 1500 Safety Headache Rack Frame installs directly into the 2007-2013 models of the Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
Installation Difficulty. Simple to install thanks to the included hardware kit, this headache rack can be fitted in 1-2 hours by a beginner. The bed bar and toolbox each take approximately 1 hour to install.
