An Appearance And Functionality Upgrade. With the RAM 3500 Louvered Headache Rack Frame with a 21-Inch-Wide Toolbox, your vehicle can both look and feel fabulous. Thanks to a multi-stage electrostatic dip process, no part of the Louvered Rack is exposed to the elements. Before the powder coating, the Louvered Rack gets an E-coat. A simple attachment to the louvered rack is all you need to add accessories provided by BackRack. You can easily install strobe lights, antennas, directional arrows, or speakers. For a sportier look, off-road lighting is a terrific addition!

Steel Construction. Only high-quality steel is used to construct the RAM 3500 Louvered Headache Rack Frame. A rolling edge provides greater powder-coat adherence than a sharp cut for the louvers, and they’re made of the same high-quality materials as the rest of the frame. A multi-stage electrostatic dip procedure ensures that no portion of the louvered rack is affected by the elements. It is then coated with BackRack’s powder-coat technique, which provides the best corrosion protection in the market.

Simple Installation. The hardware kit lets you attach your rack frame to your truck without drilling holes in your vehicle. Even though it’s easier to use the new Low Profile Drill Hardware, you’ll need to drill two holes through each side of the bed rail of the rack. You won’t need any extra hardware provided in the kit.
