Side Steps

Steps work great and I highly recommend them. The parts inventory were short two nuts on each side and the brace would not work with my new 2024 F150, so I left it off. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at AMP Research.

Great Asset

Having a lifted truck makes it a bit more difficult to access items in my toolbox. With the bed step, I'm able to grab what I need without having to crawl into the bed. Easy install minus the instructions telling me to add extra hardware when in fact it wasn't needed. Very sturdy

Pretty straight forward install. I had some leftover parts, but overall great and easy install. Much better than factory option

Great fit!

Great step, heavy duty, 300lbs weight capacity. I can now reach halfway into my trucks toolbox from the step. If you have the 6ft bed you don’t need the spacer. Fits up close to the bed, I like it.

Poor instructions

I bought this step because it was the only one I found that said it fit a 6.5 ft bed. It came with instructions for both 5.5 and 6.5 ft beds with a spacer supposedly needed for the larger bed. I got it put together with the spacer and the holes didn’t line up with the holes in the frame. I took the spacer out and it fit. Instructions were poor but I got it figured out and installed. Fortunately when the step is retracted it hits a bolt in the underside of the bed. Other wise it would hit the bed it’s self and I would be sending it back. It’s easy to deploy and easy to retract so I’m happy with it.

Mud/ dirt collector

It’s almost impossible to flip down with your foot when it’s clean let alone when it’s dirty

Perfect fit!

Bought one step for each side. Easy to assemble and install! Perfect fit for the truck.

Great aftermarket step

Easy install and works great. Very Happy with them overall. The price is a bit steep for a single step though.

I'll buy another!

Driver side install in less than 1 hour. The instructions are not difficult and self explanatory. I have an 6" lift kit with 37x13.5x18 NITTO Grapplers. I thought the step was going to rub against the tires but it fits like a glove because there is a left/right adjustment step. I think I'll buy another one for the passenger side or for the rear bumper.
