This cold air intake system delivers more oxygen for a more efficient power-generating combustion. It includes a premium intake tube, air box, and a SynthaFlow air filter — all designed to provide outstanding power gains and fuel efficiency.

      No Recalibration Required. Airaid built the MXP Series Cold Air Intake to improve the performance of your truck without the need to reprogram your computer. By utilizing the state-of-the-art computer-aided designs, this intake system will increase power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanTrucks recommends a custom tune to reprogram your vehicle’s ECU to get the best possible performance from this intake.

      Efficient, Durable, and Reusable Air Filter. This MXP Series Cold Air Intake kit provides a cooler air charge with the help of the SynthaFlow Oiled Air Filter featuring multiple layers of cotton and synthetic media. This filter is designed for remarkable filtration capacity and comes in a pleated design, durable enough to endure multiple cleaning cycles. Its configuration allows larger air volume and faster velocity to intensify the cooler air charge. This results in significant improvements in raw power and mileage performance.

      High-Quality Construction. Each of the MXP Series components is built for high performance and reliable functionality. Its durable, roto-molded heat shield efficiently keeps the hotter air in the engine compartment from getting into the intake system. The black, cross-linked, high-density polyethylene intake tube, on the other hand, is engineered to powerfully direct the cooler air into the combustion chamber. What’s more, its high-strength stainless steel clamps are made to be tough for a secure installation.

      Straightforward Installation. Airaid manufactured this MXP Series Cold Air Intake to fit into your vehicle’s factory mounting locations with no drilling required. The installation can typically be completed using simple hand tools.
