How to Install AFE Mach Force XP 3 in. Cat-Back Exhaust System w/ Black Tips - Split Rear Exit (2017 Raptor) on your Ford F-150

Step 1: (Read Instructions prior to installation) Remove your stock exhaust up to the catalytic converters. It will be necessary to remove all hanger mounts from their stock location with a 10mm ratchet. Be careful not to damage any hardware as it will be re-used.

Step 2: Install the front left and right pipes according to the diagram using the OE hardware. Do NOT fully tighten, leave loose for adjustment.

Step 3: For the EC/SB 133" Wheelbase w/ 5-1/2’ Bed, Install provided 3" band clamps onto the muffler assembly. Then install the muffler assembly onto the front pipes and OE hanger mount. For the CC/SB 145" Wheelbase w/ 5-1/2’ Bed, Install the two (x2) 15" extension pipe and provided clamps onto the front pipes and then install the muffler assembly.

Step 4: Install the two (x2) rear pipes onto the muffler assembly using the provided 3" band clamps and OE hanger mount.

Step 5: Install both over axle pipes using the provided 3" band clamps and OE hanger mounts.

Step 6: Install both left and right tailpipes using provided 3" band clamps and OE hanger mounts.

Step 7: Install both exhaust tips so desired position and begin to tighten the exhaust system starting at the front and working your way back. Your installation is now complete.

Step 8: Now that your exhaust is complete, it is recommended to re-tighten all clamps and hardware after the first 50-100 miles.
