Simplified Installation. While you can always hire a professional installer, the AFE Quantum Cold Air Intake is designed for a simple installation. All the fittings and hardware are already included. Not CARB-Certified. Unfortunately, the AFE Quantum Cold Air Intake is not CARB-exempt. The system is not legal for street use in California and other states adopting the same emissions standards.
