Upgrades the Silverado's Performance. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is designed to replace the restrictive factory air intake with a free-flowing, dyno tested design. This intake delivers increased horsepower, torque, and throttle response by providing increased volume and airflow. Additionally, it makes accommodations for the factory emission control features, allowing it to be CARB certified.
No Tune Required. The Brute Force Cold Air Intake features an application-specific design and functions without requiring any custom tune. However, installing custom tunes are recommended as they can provide additional performance benefits.
Features AEM DryFlow Filter. AEM's DryFlow filter is a high-performance design that increases airflow without sacrificing filtration efficiency. Furthermore, it's washable and low-maintenance, for long-lasting service and value for money.
Precision-Machined Construction. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is made from high-grade aluminum to provide superior toughness and durability. It comes in a durable gunmetal finish.
AEM Lifetime Limited Warranty. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is warranted for the life of your vehicle. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Damage due to improper use, installation, or maintenance is not covered. Other exclusions will apply.
CARB Certified. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is designed to comply with CARB emissions standards and is fully CARB certified. It can be used in emissions-controlled vehicles without any worries. EO Number D-670-15.
Application. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake with gunmetal finish is designed to fit 2007 to 2008 4.8L Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.
